How Does It Work?

 

1. Choose an experience and place your order Browse through our categories and find the perfect gift or treat yourself to something you’ve always wanted to do. Add your gift to the basket and then proceed through our secure checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation at the end of the checkout confirming all your details and what you have purchased.
2. Receive your Experience Voucher Your e-voucher gift  will be sent within minutes of payment to an email address of your choice – you have the choice of personalizing the voucher.
3. Activate your Voucher and Book your Experience We provide all the relevant information, including a brief description of the activity.  Most importantly we give you details of how to redeem your gift voucher for the experience. Please call the service provider and make your booking. In most cases your voucher will be valid for 9 months and your voucher must be booked and used within this time.
4. Enjoy your Experience It’s the day of your experience, which means it’s time to have fun! For some experiences you may need to check weather conditions with the supplier before you leave home, if so, just a quick call will make sure you don’t ruin your day! We want you to have a great time on your experience and would love for you to leave us feedback to tell us how great your day was!
